Corn Custard from Vance Wallace
1 can cream corn
1/2 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 c grated cheese
1/2 jar pimentos, drained and chopped
Beat eggs. Mix all together and place in a 8" x 8" casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Squash Dressing from Virginia Hasty
2-3 c yellow squash
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c cornbread crumbs
3 eggs
1/2 c butter
1/2 t sage or poultry seasoning
1 c sour cream
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
water chestnuts (optional)
Cook squash and onions with water until tender. Drain and cool. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl and add 1 1/2 cups of squash/onion mixture. Then, add all other ingredients except cheese.
Bake in a buttered casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. About 10 minutes before done, top with cheese. Serve hot!

1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 t salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 t paprika
2 T melted butter
1 c milk
Combine ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

Mix ingredients and top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
