Cranberry Salad from Cheryl Goff
3 small packages cranberry jello (or 2 cherry & 1 strawberry or 3 cherry)
2 cups boiling water
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 T. lemon juice
1 3/4 pineapple juice
1 package fresh cranberries, chopped
1 can sweetened crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Dissolve jello in water. Add sugar. Stir in lemon and pineapple juice. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a large baking dish and refrigerate.

Rice Jello from Cheryl Goff
3/4 c rice
4 1/2 c water
3/4 c sugar
2 3 oz pkgs strawberry jello
2 c crushed pineapple
Cool Whip
Cook rice until tender. Do not drain. Add jello and sugar to hot rice. Cool. Add pineapple and fold in Cool Whip.

Grape Salad from Virginia Hasty
1 1/2 -2 lb seedless red or white grapes, sliced in half
8 oz sour cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c toasted pecan pieces
Combine sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add sliced grapes. Put in a 9x13" dish or a bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 c brown sugar over it. Top with toasted pecans. Refrigerate. Yummy!

1 container whipped topping
1 large box orange jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 container cottage cheese
1 c pecans
Drain fruit. Mix whipped topping and jello until mostly dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
